It's Essential to Wait 48 Hours
After purchased your flooring, We recommended that new laminate be stored in the intended room for 48 hours. This will help the planks become accustomed to the humidity and atmosphere before they are installed.
Water-Resistant vs. Waterproof
Water resistance in laminate flooring refers to the ability of the flooring material to withstand exposure to water without significant damage. Laminate flooring is composed of multiple layers, typically including a wear layer, a decorative layer, a core layer, and a backing layer. The wear layer is usually treated to resist moisture.
It’s important to note the distinction between water-resistant and waterproof. While water-resistant laminate can withstand some moisture, it is not impervious to water. Waterproof laminate, on the other hand, is designed to resist water penetration more effectively. Some laminate products are marketed as waterproof and may be suitable for areas prone to spills or high humidity.

⚠️ Floor leveling issue: If your floor has dips or humps, it needs to be corrected prior to installing the new floor. Price varies due to how big the area has to be leveled out. We will provide the estimation after inspecting the floor.
